MovilCoop is a digital service designed to provide members of the Cooperative with convenient and secure access to their accounts via mobile devices. To begin utilizing this service, users must download the application and log in with their Home Banking credentials. Those who have not yet registered for Home Banking should complete their registration prior to accessing MovilCoop.

With this service, users can perform a variety of functions and access comprehensive account information, including:

• Real-time balances and details for all accounts
• Balances and detailed information for all loans
• Details and balances for all certificates
• Historical data of accounts and loans
• Information on credit cards, including balances and details
• Details of debit cards
• Transfers between personal accounts
• Transfers to pre-configured external accounts
• Loan repayments
• Payment of commercial invoices
• Credit card payments
• Historical payment data for commercial invoices
• Information regarding checks with payment suspensions
• Locations of branches and ATMs within the cooperative network
• Assistance in directing users to the most suitable branch based on their location

Similar to the Home Banking platform, all information, balances, and transactions are updated in real-time. To ensure security, all data exchanges occur over SSL-encrypted channels with 128-bit encryption support, safeguarding user information through advanced encryption algorithms.
